David Englehart is a Partner and manages the firm. He has been qualified for more than 40 years. He provides general advice to clients on their business affairs, as well as negotiating for them in connection with their business transactions and property matters. Over the years, David has established a firm with a reputation for outstanding service and experience as well as being friendly and approachable.

Redmond Nari

Area of expertise: Residential property and private client

Red is a Partner and provides a valuable personal service to clients in connection with their property related affairs as well as advising generally on a wide range of personal matters. Over the years he has established long-term relationships with a large number of clients and excellent working relationships with estate agents and IFAs. Kent Reynolds

Area of expertise: Litigation

Solicitor

Kent deals with the substantial private client litigation. He offers a wide range of advice in connection with contentious matters and focuses on aiming to resolve disputes before they go to court. Kent often deals with high profile High Court and Court of Appeal cases. The litigation team is able to tailor services to meet an individual’s needs and can be involved at any stage of a dispute. In order to achieve this high level of personal service, the team is extremely experienced and organised with up-to-the-minute IT support.

Pravin Jugdaohsingh

Area of expertise: Litigation

Pravin previously worked in London as a litigator with experience in a range of contentious disputes. Pravin has acted on behalf of private individuals and corporate clients and has dealt with litigation matters in the County Court and the Court of Appeal. Pravin’s litigation background lends Pravin to manage cases including, Employment Law, Debt Recovery, Consumer/Contract, Property Litigation, and Family disputes. Pravin approaches his work in a professional manner with sensitivity in mind of the client and is able to provide the client with a risk assessment of their dispute at an early stage.

Jamela Collins

Area of expertise: Litigation, Personal Injury

Solicitor

Jamela is a solicitor with an extensive litigation background. She deals with personal injury claims acting both privately and also under a CFA agreement. She has expertise in all sizes of claims including complex High Court Actions involving claims over £250,000. She also has experience in debt actions, consumer claims, inheritance actions, boundary disputes and general civil action claims. She believes that all clients should be actively involved in all stages of the claim and that we should work together as a team to reach our objectives.

Rachel Gerber

Area of expertise: Commercial and commercial property

Rachel is able to deal with a wide range of commercial and property related matters and is particularly suited to more complex transactions. After graduating, Rachel worked at Herbert Smith, a city based law firm on the general commercial team and then joined UBS Warburg as an associate director of their UK Corporate Finance Team. Rachel has been at Engleharts since 2006 and undertakes mainly commercial or commercial property work. She feels that Engleharts combines professionalism and integrity with a friendly approach.

Peter Harris

Peter, along with David Englehart, is the longest serving member of the firm. He has vast experience in property matters, dealing with the acquisition and sale of business premises, leases and development. He feels that one of the things that sets Engleharts apart is the fact the firm offers the full commercial spectrum with a broad range of experience.

Jacqueline D'Hazzard

Area of expertise: Wills, Trusts and Probate

Head of Private Client

Jacqueline was given the opportunity of taking on the role of Probate Manager in April 2004. She has since qualified as a full member of STEP and is a member of the Law Society Probate Section. She is a student member of the Association of Trust and Contentious Probate Specialists and of Solicitors of the Elderly. JDK volunteers at local Alzheimer's charities, Age Concern and the Carers Forum. Jacqueline also advises on same-sex law and speaks fluent French and Russian.

Tim Price

Private Client Executive

Tim supports Jacqueline in connection with wills, trusts and probate, as well as handling his own portfolio. Tim is a Student Member of STEP. He brings with him over 20 years of experience from The Civil Service which entailed dealing with a broad and diverse section of the public. Tim believes in Englehart’s ethos of providing a friendly, professional and caring approach to all clients. And by raising and fulfilling their clients expectations Engleharts prides itself in fostering and maintaining long term relationships with their clients.

Josie Flint

Area of expertise: Residential property

Conveyancer

Josie has many years experience as a conveyancer and deals with all aspects of residential property transactions. Her team frequently works with first-time buyers and hand holds them through the whole process which could potentially be a daunting experience for those new to buying property. Josie speaks fluent German and French and is well versed in buying properties in France. Josie firmly believes in creating favourable experiences which build trust.

Emma Snell

Emma supports Kent Reynolds with his case load, in particular the detailed work required to prepare cases for court hearings. She liaises with barristers and clients to enable cases to be prepared in a comprehensive format. She firmly believes that one of the firm’s core strengths is the high level of personal service.
