Our ethos was born out of a realisation and desire by David Englehart to service successful business people based on their needs. As an aspiring young solicitor 40 years ago, David noticed that the average life of a business was 2–3 years. The pattern was to start and run a business successfully, sell it at a profit, take time to consider the next opportunity and then come back and start or buy another business. Interestingly however, the sale or purchase of small businesses and dealing with business leases was not something that solicitors actively sought to take on. Seeing this as an opportunity to create lasting relationships with local entrepreneurs David set out to provide a range of business services that business people could count on. Our comprehensive business offering and focus on client needs are as a result of these beginnings.

Engleharts' HIP Services

A Home Information Pack (HIP) is a compulsory requirement for a seller of a residential property in England and Wales. Whilst we at Engleharts are yet to be convinced of their value we are clear it is a service which our clients will benefit by having it handled through us. You will receive our same high level of service in explaining the process and leading you through it.

Our experience in the property market covers landlords and tenants. Our experience means that we have encountered all manner of circumstances. If you are a landlord setting up new tenants or trying to resolve a dispute with existing tenants then we can get involved at any stage and tailor our service to suit your needs.
