NOTICE: Coronavirus (COVID 19) as at 15.00 on 19 July 2021
We will continue to be available to accept new instructions in all areas of work on an ongoing basis. We are taking the following precautionary measures to protect our staff and clients:
We are currently not admitting clients and visitors to our main office building. However, we do have an external Cabin facility where we are able to see Clients and visitors, strictly by prior appointment. We ask all clients and visitors to wear a mask unless exempt from doing so and to maintain a safe distance. Hand sanitiser is available for use before entering the Cabin, which is fully ventilated and sanitised after occupation. Ideally, as many appointments as possible will take place by telephone or video call. Please try to communicate with us via the medium of email rather than post wherever possible.
If you wish to deliver documents and letters please post through the front door or through normal postal routes. Our phone lines will remain open as usual between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
If you have or have had a temperature or a continuous cough, or suffer(ed) from anosmia (the loss of, or a change in, your normal sense of smell or sense of taste), or if you have been in contact with anyone who has these symptoms, or have any other symptoms of COVID-19 please do not visit our premises. As per Government advice; ‘You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms’.
If you have arranged an appointment to attend our premises but you are unable to attend because you: feel unwell and have COVID-19 symptoms and/or; have recently returned from an affected country and/or; have been in contact with someone with a confirmed case of the coronavirus, please let us know immediately so that we can make alternative arrangements.
We hope that you understand these measures are precautionary and thank you for your assistance and co-operation.
