We understand that taking the first step towards obtaining legal advice can be daunting. You are likely to have many questions and will need guidance about both practical and legal matters. We offer a one-off initial meeting which lasts up to 45 minutes for £150 inclusive of VAT with a specialist family solicitor where we will give you initial advice about your legal rights and obligations, the options available to you and a clear indication of the likely costs involved.

There is no obligation to take matters further following the meeting and, if you do decide to return for further advice or work, this can be done at a time that you feel ready to proceed.
